All window cleaning is performed by fully trained professionals with a Working at Heights license.

We use the latest equipment, including the water purification system for external windows and traditional squeegee methods for internal glass.

New Builds, Renovations & Builders Cleans

Window cleaning for new builds, renovations, or post-construction cleans is charged at:
$150 per hour + GST for 2 window cleaners

This is due to the additional time required to remove paint, plaster, and stickers, which is common on these types of properties. We charge hourly to reflect the extra care and time involved.

Travel Fee

A travel fee of $65 + GST per cleaner applies for jobs outside of the Bendigo area.

 

We typically send two cleaners per job for safety and efficiency.

 

Important Notes

We cannot clean windows with chips or cracks due to the risk of breakage.

Please note:  if the real estate isn’t happy, with the work we have done within 14 days, we will come back to clean what they are not happy with. However, if you haven’t asked or paid for a particular item to be cleaned then that’s your responsibility. 

Example – If you haven’t paid for say windows to be cleaned and the real estate asks you to have them clean then we don’t come and do these for free. But if you have paid us to clean the windows and the real estate asks them to be cleaned then we do it for free.
